Prof. Akash Saxena(IEEE Senior Member)

School of Engg. & Technology Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh, India

Experience: Dr. Akash  received the Bachelor of Technology in Engineering with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Engineering College Kota, Kota Rajasthan, India in 2001,Master of Technology with honors in Power System Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India in 2008 and Ph.D. degree in Power System Dynamics from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, India in 2015. Dr. Akash has presented research work at national/international conferences in India and abroad. His work has been published in leading journals in the form of short communication/letters /articles/research papers. He is associated with many professional organizations as an editor, reviewer and adviser. His research interests are the Computational Intelligence, Application of Artificial Intelligence in the power system, Control theory, smart grid, signal processing and Metaheuristics.

Prof. Yanjiao Chen (IEEE Senior Member)

Zhejiang University, China

Experience: Prof. YanxiaoChen, doctoral supervisor of School of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in 2010 and a doctorate in computer science and engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015. Her research interests include wireless network, network security and artificial intelligence security. She is a member of the editorial board of IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies and other journals, a senior member of IEEE, a member of CCF Internet Committee, and a member of CCF Internet of Things Committee.

Prof. Xiaofeng Ding

Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Experience: Doctor of Engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor of Computer College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His main research interests are big data management, cloud computing, data privacy protection methods and data query processing technology. As a postdoctoral researcher, he worked in the National University of Singapore in 2010 and the University of South Australia in Australia in 2013 on big data management, privacy protection, query processing and data-intensive service technology. At present, Has been included in IEEE transactions on knowledge and data engineering, IEEE transactions on dependent and secure computing, More than 50 academic papers have been published or hired in international and domestic famous academic journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, International Conference on Very Large Databases (VLDB), China Science: Information Science, chinese journal of computers, and Journal of Software.

Prof. Quanxin Zhu (IEEE Senior Member)

School of Mathematics and Statistics, Hunan Normal University, China

Experience: Professor Quanxin Zhu received the Ph.D. degree from Sun Yatsen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou,China, in 2005. He is currently a professor of Hunan Normal University, and he has obtained the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany. Professor Zhu is Distinguished professor of Furong scholars in Hunan Province, Leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Province, and deputy director of the Key Laboratory of computing and stochastic mathematics of the Ministry of education. Professor Zhu is a Highly Cited Scientist in the world, in 2018-2022. Also, Professor Zhu is a senior member of the IEEE and he is the Lead Guest Editor of several international journals. He is an associate editor of six international SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering. He has obtained the first prize of Hunan Natural Science Award in 2021, and the list of top  two percent scientists in 2020-2022. Professor Zhu has obtained 2011 Annual Chinese ``One Hundred The Most Influential International Academic Paper" Award and has been One of most cited Chinese researchers in 2014-2022, Elsevier. Professor Zhu is a reviewer of more than 50 other journals and he is the author or coauthor of more than 300 journal papers.

Keynote Speakers of ISCME 2022

Prof. Ting Yang

Tianjin University, China

Experience: Prof. Ting Yang, doctoral supervisor, is a discipline leader in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. He is the deputy director of the national "distributed energy and micro grid" international science and technology cooperation base and the deputy director of Tianjin "Energy Internet” International Joint Research Center. As the largest contributor, he has won two provincial and departmental science and technology progress awards and some enterprise science and technology progress awards. He has published more than 100 SCI/EI papers, 4 monographs and 2 international invention patents in top academic journals in China and abroad. He has served as the session chair of several IEEE international conferences. He also served as the editor in chief or member of the Editorial Committee of several SCI journals. He is the special editor in chief of "Application of artificial intelligence in power system and energy Internet"(which won him the "Outstanding Special Editor Award" in 2018) of “Journal of Power System Automation”, and the special editor in chief of "Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things (UPIOT)" of “Journal of Power Construction”. He is now the deputy director of circuit and system branch of China Electronics Society, the national director of sensor sub committee of China Instrumentation Society and a member of the theoretical electrician special committee of China Electrical Engineering Society. 

Prof. Arumugam Nallanathan

Queen Mary University of London, UK

Experience: Prof. Arumugam Nallanathan is Professor of Wireless Communications and the founding head of the Communication Systems Research (CSR) group in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London since September 2017. He was with the Department of Informatics at King’s College London from December 2007 to August 2017, where he was Professor of Wireless Communications from April 2013 to August 2017. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore from August 2000 to December 2007. His research interests include 6G Wireless Networks, Internet of Things (IoT) and Molecular Communications. He published more than 500 technical papers in scientific journals and international conferences. He is a co-recipient of the Best Paper Awards presented at the IEEE International Conference on Communications 2016 (ICC’2016), IEEE Global Communications Conference 2017 (GLOBECOM’2017) and IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference 2017 (VTC’2017). 

Dr. Masoud Taghavi

Faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran

Experience: Dr. Masoud Taghavi is head of the mechanical engineering department, at the faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran. His research interests are mechanical engineering, energy engineering, hydrogen productions, sustainable energies and green systems, solar energy and photovoltaic, renewable energies and HVAC new technologies fields, low energy building, and CO2 capture. For more than 8 years, Masoud has been working as an HVAC engineer in buildings, researcher, and teacher for various universities in Iran. Masoud holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering - energy conversion. Masoud was introduced as the "Top Lecturer" and "Top Researcher" in the faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran, respectively in 2021 and 2020.

Dr. Hamid Reza Ghaeini

CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, Germany

Experience: Dr.Hamid R. Ghaeini received the B.S. degree of software engineering from Arak University with honors, Arak, Iran, in 2010, and the M.S. degree of software engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, in 2013. He also did a bi-nationally supervised doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in industrial control system security at the Singapore University of Technology & Design, Singapore, and the Technische Universität Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany.

He is now a research assistant at the system security lab of the TU Darmstadt. He served as session chair at the International Conference on Wired & Wireless Internet Communications (WWIC) 2014, Paris, France. He also served as reviewer in academic journals or conferences such as the Wireless Personal Communications, Springer, the China Communications, IEEE, International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering (ICOASE 2018), and the Journal of King Saud University - Computer and Information Sciences, Elsevier.
